Avionos is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will primarily be responsible for generating new, profitable clients and building pipeline of opportunities in the areas of Strategy, Experience Management, Commerce, Sales Enablement, and Integrated Marketing. The BDR will also be responsible for maintaining momentum from opportunity creation through close and helping guide the deal team to exceed client expectations. Our ideal candidate exhibits persistence, entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to build a successful career in enterprise technology sales.




  • Identify new business and drive opportunities through all phases of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, proposing, negotiating, and closing business 
  • Support Client Executives in identifying new opportunities through aggressive lead generation practices
  • Conduct high volume prospecting (50-60 calls or emails per day) to qualify leads and generate new meetings for the firm to do business
  • Analyze customer requirements and propose an appropriate solution by articulating the value proposition clearly and concisely 
  • Maintain company’s contact management database with accurate, up-to-date information and activity details 
  • Consistently achieve (and exceed!) monthly quotas and goals of 7 scheduled meetings, 3 qualified meetings, and 1 opportunity per month
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above


Desired Skill & Experience


  • 1-3+ years’ experience in a sales capacity 
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Seamless.AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or Salesforce High Velocity Sales
  • Creative team player that is willing to roll their sleeves up to get the job done 
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment 
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong time management skills
  • High-energy and strong networker 
  • Eager and able to receive and provide feedback to further improve sales tactics
  • Aspiration and discipline to develop the skills necessary for a long-term sales career in enterprise solution sales (e.g. 6 month sales cycles, 7 figure deals)
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience
