The Role 

Avionos is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will primarily be responsible for generating new, profitable clients and building a pipeline of opportunities in the areas of Strategy, Experience Management, Commerce, and Integrated Marketing. The BDR will also be responsible for maintaining momentum from opportunity creation through close and helping guide the deal team to exceed client expectations. Our ideal candidate exhibits persistence, entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to build a successful career in enterprise technology sales. 



  • Identify new business and drive opportunities through all phases of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, proposing, negotiating, and closing business.
  • Support Client Executives in identifying new opportunities through aggressive lead generation practices.
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting (minimum of 500 calls and emails per week) to qualify leads and generate new meetings for the firm to do business.
  • Effectively communicate Avionos’ capabilities and build/execute sales motions against target accounts.
  • Maintain accurate/transparent documentation of sales efforts in CRM – including outbound dials/emails, conversations, meetings, campaign members, and campaign statuses.
  • Consistently achieve (and exceed!) monthly quotas and goals of 10 scheduled meetings and 1 opportunity per month.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.


Required Skill & Experience 

  • 1-3+ years’ experience in a sales capacity.
  • High-energy, fanatical prospector who is willing to work as hard/smart as they can to get the job done.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Seamless.AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or Salesforce High-Velocity Sales.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong time management skills.
  • Eager and able to receive and provide feedback to further improve sales tactics.
  • Aspiration and discipline to develop the skills necessary for a long-term sales career in enterprise solution sales (e.g. 6-month sales cycles, 7 figure deals).
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience.

Desired, but not required

Knowledge or experience using other Salesforce solutions, such as:  

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud. 
  • Salesforce Service Cloud.  
  • SAP Integrations. 
  • E-learning Integrations. 
  • Financial Services Integrations. 
  • CloudCraze. 
  • Mulesoft. 
  • JavaScript. 
  • Project Management.
