The Role

This Business Development Representative will have experience selling the same or equivalent Avionos services – StrategyExperience ManagementCommerce, Sales EnablementIntegrated Marketing 

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business following through all phases of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, proposing, negotiating and closing business 
  • Manage and develop existing client relationships 
  • Analyze customer requirements and propose an appropriate solution by articulating the value proposition clearly and concisely 
  • Maintain company’s contact management database with accurate, up-to-date information and activity details 
  • Conduct high volume prospecting (50-60 calls or emails per day) to qualify leads and prospects 
  • Create new revenue opportunities by educating inbound leads and prospects 
  • Consistently achieve (and exceed!) monthly quotas and goals 

Desired Skill & Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience 
  • 1-3+ years’ experience in a sales capacity 
  • Creative Team player that is willing to roll their sleeves up to get the job done 
  • Able to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment 
  • Proficient with modern prospecting technology such as, Salesforce CRM 
  • High-Energy and Strong Networker 
  • Someone that wants to advance to an Account executive within 12 months’ time, based on delivering hard results
