The Role 

We are looking for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot expert, preferably with wider Salesforce experience and product suites, to work with clients and other Avionos teams in delivering high quality and robust marketing automation solutions. You will be involved in the entire project life cycle, through design, build, delivery, and operations through lead scoring, qualification, attribution and campaign management.  


  • Be a technical implementation specialist on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot projects, both in an advisory and delivery capacity 
  • Work with project development teams and analysts, potentially managing their workloads to meet deadlines 
  • Present and communicate to people unfamiliar with Salesforce and marketing automation about its advantages and caveats 
  • Assist in Avionos marketing automation solution development, thought leadership, and best practices 
  • Understand the client's issues, define the opportunity at hand and be able to recommend logical next steps while rallying a team to implement improved business capabilities 
  • Define, scope and plan new solutions for clients. This includes defining the requirements, building a team and estimating the time and effort to implement the chosen solution 
  • Ensure smooth, on-time, on-budget delivery of services to our client 
  • Lead client assessment portion of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot engagements, develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings at the executive level 
  • Provide ongoing strategic and operational guidance to support integrated marketing activities and existing client relationships 


Desired Skill & Experience  

  • 3+ years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot 
  • Integration expertise – integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud 
  • Experience in leading complex integrated solutions including integration services, data modeling, cloud-based solutions 
  • Analytical techniques – leading requirements gathering sessions then documenting the outcomes, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot functional, technical designs and business processes 
  • An analytical and logical perspective, with the ability to view a problem from different angles 
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s full suite of products including Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Social Studio, and Ad Studio 
  • Experience with Salesforce Pardot’s lead scoring processes and Engage 
  • Resourcing and management – resourcing and managing development teams to achieve desired outcomes and timelines 
  • Experience leading large sized teams (on and offshore) and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff 
  • Strong awareness of audience knowledge, and the ability to adjust language accordingly 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to establish strong client relationships and be a trusted advisor and an agent of change 
  • Insight-driven, experience/design-driven, value-driven and solution-driven 

Also desired, but not required: 

Knowledge or experience using other Salesforce or Adobe solutions, such as: 

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud 
  • Salesforce Service Cloud 
  • Adobe Experience Manager 
  • Adobe Target 
  • Adobe Campaign 
  • Magento
