The Role

You will lead the day to day execution of a client project while guiding and developing individual team members.  You’ll work directly with clients and you’ll take ownership of the overall project and its end products. You will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. 

You will have the opportunity to build on your proven leadership skills and leverage your interest in inspiring others, building strong relationships, and creating true followership.  In a collaborative team setting, you'll work closely with others but also autonomously with little direction.  Your superior analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills will ensure successful client projects and team performance. 



  • Build and maintain relationships with potential new and existing clients 
  • In collaboration with Avionos leadership and pursuit teams, manage the full lifecycle of the project, from prospecting to closing and ensuring delivery success 
  • Lead project planning and budgeting by understanding the needs of the client and interpreting their business requirements into effective solutions within Avionos domains and platforms 
  • Participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies 
  • Support the proposal process with development of the scope of work, technical requirements and estimated value 
  • Lead Executive-Level discussion around sales, marketing, and customer care processes. 
  • Support the Sales Director and Sales Executives to achieve outlined business development targets 
  • Maintain and continue to develop the expertise necessary to be effective in the position including technical, industry and customer relevant knowledge 


Desired Skill & Experience  

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role focused on Avionos domains and platforms 
  • Prior experience supervising high performing consultants 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required 
  • 20% travel flexibility – more or less depending on project; candidate should be comfortable with travel and overtime as client commitment requires.

Knowledge or experience using other Salesforce or Adobe solutions, such as: 

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud 
  • Salesforce Service Cloud 
  • Adobe Experience Manager 
  • Adobe Target 
  • Adobe Campaign 
  • Magento
