The Role

As a Personalization Expert, you will consult businesses in customer analytics with the objective to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth. As part of our Integrated Marketing practice, you will join personalization projects along with a network of smart and driven colleagues experienced in leading statistical tools, methods and applications. You’ll be supporting the transformation to a digital world and an improved life standard through personalized solutions by working on Data and Analytics cycle: 


  • Understanding the business requirements, focusing on improving customer experience Managing large sets of referential and transnational data on standard or open data sources 
  • Applying statistical techniques to extract customer behavioral insights 
  • Constructing quantified actionable steps through the insights 
  • Communicating on the value of these insights to business 
  • Proposing predictive analytical solutions to address correct personalized 
  • communication with the customer 
  • Hands on delivery of Predictive and machine learning models and solutions


Desired Skill & Experience 

  • 4+ years’ experience, having worked as a senior level Marketing Data Analyst within the marketing function of a B2B SaaS or tech organization 
  • A proven track record of enabling marketing teams to make better data-driven decisions 
  • Commercial experience in a fast-moving company 
  • As comfortable building ETL scripts as you are visualizing insights and finding the business narrative in the data 
  • A vast wealth of experience working with a Marketing ‘tech stack’ including but not limited to tools such as Allocadia, Pardot, Google Analytics and Salesforce. 
  • Have a solid understanding of digital marketing and can manage and report on marketing campaign tracking, including sources across multiple channels like web, social, email, live events, webinars, and online communities 
  • Ability to communicate analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences in both verbal and written format. 

Also desired, but not required:

Knowledge or experience using other Salesforce or Adobe solutions, such as: 

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud 
  • Salesforce Service Cloud 
  • Adobe Experience Manager 
  • Adobe Target 
  • Adobe Campaign 
  • Magento
